Who it's for: a requirement that matches no standard catalogue.
The problem: generic courses never fit your context. Your teams have different levels, specific gaps, and systems already in place. An off-the-shelf course will not help you.
What I do
- Scoping meeting — assessment of the team's level of expertise, identification of the critical gaps, understanding of your technical and business context
- Tailored design — a modular course built on your actual level, focused on what the team needs to master (no unnecessary theory), with examples and exercises drawn from your own infrastructure or context
- Delivery — theory and hands-on practice together, a lab environment ready to use, questions taken during and after, pace adapted to the group

What changes
your team genuinely masters the technologies — not merely "seen" them. They can implement and maintain them on their own afterwards. The courses are adapted to your context, not generic.
