Prerequisites: Technical knowledge: a basic understanding of cloud computing and Microsoft 365 concepts, familiarity with Microsoft development environments (Power Platform recommended), a grounding in artificial intelligence and conversational agents. Technical environment: a Microsoft 365 account with access to Copilot 365 (licence recommended).
